Job Overview: Understand and follow HUD regulations in regards to housing. Perform specialized work in processing applications for eligibility and screening, re-certifying participant’s status to ensure continued eligibility within the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program & the Public Housing Program. Perform all facets of both programs, preparation of contracts & leases, briefings, data analysis including inspections and rent collections.
Pay range: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year.
Work Location: In person.
