Mission

The mission of Marlboro Housing Authority is to provide decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to low and moderate-income citizens of Marlboro County. The employees of the Authority provide the day-to-day operational support for 55 public housing households located throughout the County and over 250 Housing Choice Voucher Program participants living in private accommodations. The Authority’s staff performs admissions, maintenance, property management, administrative, and resident service duties, in addition to operating the Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Programs“ Building a Future for Marlboro Residents.”
